Payments and refunds information

Monthly payment option

Our monthly payment option is only available under the following circumstances.

The customer will host their website and services with SBNR Marketing for the duration of the contract, which is initially for 12 months. After those 12 months, the total balance of the website account will be deemed paid. Customers can continue hosting with SBNR Marketing monthly or move their services to a different supplier.

If the customer stops paying their monthly payment within their first 12 months without prior written consent from SBNR Marketing, SBNR Marketing can restrict their services or delete their account without any formal notice.

Deposits

Every order is important to us, and we will adhere to any and all conditions set out in our initial quotation with you. When a deposit is required for work to commence, no work will be started until the deposit has been received.

If you do not pay your deposit within 7 days of the invoice date then your project will be cancelled, and the invoice will become void. In this unlikely event, a 70% cancellation fee will be applied (70% of the deposit) to cover us for lost work (where we could have been working on another project).

These terms are binding and you will have agreed to these terms and conditions upon giving us written conformation to proceed with your project.

Refunds

Sometimes it just doesn't work out!

If we have done everything in our power to rectify any issues you may have, we will issue you with a refund.

Please note that your refund will not include any costs out of our control.

Requested refunds, if accepted, will be paid back to you to an account of your choice.

We aim to action your refund within 28 days from the request of refund.

Acceptable Refund Reasons

These include the following:

• If your Website does not work and cannot be rectified by us
• If we can not deliver what you have requested and we have tried every step to make sure that we could

We will issue a full or partial refund within 28 days of a refund request. We will not refund any costs that are out of our control.
